Questions from grown-ups

How does my child play?

A friend knocks and asks for a dress, shown as pictures and read aloud. Your child picks the shapes, fabrics and decorations, traces to cut, holds the pedal to sew, and then the friend twirls at their party. No reading is needed, and there's no way to fail.

My child is stuck.

After a few seconds without a touch, a felt hand points to what to tap next. From the second dress of a session, a glowing magic wand can finish the cutting and sewing for younger children.

Is there sound?

Friends talk using the device's built-in voice, and there's a music box tune. The music note button on the title screen turns the music on or off. If you hear nothing, check the volume and the silent switch or Control Center.

How do I save a picture of a dress?

On the party screen, tap the save button and answer the grown-ups question. iOS will ask once for permission to add photos.

Where is my child's progress saved?

On the device. Deleting the app deletes the progress. It's included in your normal device backup.

Does the app need the internet?

No. It works offline, with no accounts, ads or tracking. See the privacy policy.

How do I restore "Unlock Everything"?

On the title screen, tap Grown-ups, answer the question, then tap Restore Purchases. Family Sharing is supported, so one purchase covers everyone in your family group.

My child bought something by accident.

Purchases are behind the grown-ups question. If something went wrong, you can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
